Blast Off Inches! Eliminate Inflammation! Squeeze Out Chemical Calories!!!
What the heck is this crazy workout called T-Tapp? That has been the question I've tried to answer for the past 12 years. I know you really want to know what it is. But how do you describe a series of movements that transform your body in 15 minutes and can quite possibly…change your life?
It sounds too good to be true and you are probably so sick of being promised stuff that never pans out. So I hesitate to even share the stories about my clients who have lost upteen inches in 14 days and gotten themselves out of pain. Or about the women I've met who have been able to get off their medications for blood pressure, osteoporosis and even depression after having done the workout for a short period of time.
I hear these stories every day. I'm always amazed. I can't tell you I really underestand why it works as well as it does. Exercise itself is beneficial. But there is a power to T-Tapp that seems to go above and beyond the benefits you get from other forms of exercise.
This last weekend, I was fortunate enough to be part of the filming of a documentary on T-Tapp for PBS. The focus was on how T-Tapp balances hormones at all different ages and stages of life.
There were 25 of us from all over the country who were chosen to share our experience with T-Tapp. I can't wait to see the interviews. All I know is the seasoned camera guys were tearing up with emotion and asking to do hoe-downs at our breaks!
One of the filming sessions had Teresa Tapp up on stage talking about why T-Tapp is more effective than most other forms of exercise. FINALLY!!! An explaination I can get my hands around. Why didn't she tell me this 12 years ago.
Because of the way we focus on muscle activation with spinal alignment, we are able to lose inches and at the same time, reduce internal inflammation. Then we twist and bend while activating these muscles and it acts like a squeegie to eliminate toxins, lactic acid and (get this…) chemical calories!!!
T-Tapp is a powerful elimination method of movement!!!! Now I get it!
