T-Tapp has been promoted as a workout that will deliver inch loss results even without changing what you are eating! I bet you want to know whether this is really true!
I can tell you the tons of success stories on the T-Tapp.com website are absolutely true. None of those have been changed or touched up. They are the actual stories that each person has written up and shared. So the answer is…it has been done and it can be done.
But I’d like to propose a new questions…why would you want to continue to eat unhealthy, processed food that is not helping you to look and feel your best when you are doing this wonderful workout designed to pump out all those toxins and improve your health?
I have found, over years of doing and teaching T-Tapp, that once you start doing the workout consistently, you feel so much better and you WANT to clean up your nutrition. T-Tapp balances your blood sugar so it helps with energy levels, appetite, cravings and hormone imbalance. Once you start feeling these benefits, it’s so much easier to stop putting the unhealthy foods into your mouth.
One reason it can be very difficult to lose inches and drop weight when we are going through health and hormonal challenges like menopause is because our bodies are so toxic from years of living on this planet. Think about all the herbicides, pesticides, xenoestrogens, chemicals from the air, water, cleaning products, personal care products…we have used over the last 20 years! Our poor body! Whatever the body can’t break down and eliminate right then it has to store. Guess where it’s stored?
You guessed it! In your fat cells! Imagine if your body released a lot of that toxic fat quickly? You would get very sick. This is one reason why it’s so important to clean up your nutrition while you are T-Tapping. You want to stop putting more toxins into your body and allow T-Tapp to access those fat cells and gently pump out the toxins. Did I mention a great reason to actually listen when Teresa Tapp tells you to take a water break???
Make sure to drink that clean water (preferably from a glass water bottle) and help your body get rid of the toxins that are being released as you are doing your T-Tapp workout.
