The underarm is one of the peskiest parts of the body to tighten up. Some women are naturally born with long, lean arms. But most of us didn’t get that lucky gene. We have to figure out how to tighten up our underarms and that tends to get more challenging the older we get.

Yes…you can use weights to help tighten up the batwings. But I’m here to show you in this video how you can use muscle activation and the concept of stretching all the way to the ends of your finger tips to tighten up the whole arm…not just the batwings.
I haven’t used weights in over 17 years and I’m in my late 50’s so you can see these moves WORK to tighten and tone the flabby underarms.
