T-Tapp Hoe Down is a signature T-Tapp move. It is a 3 minute move that will tighten and tone your whole body, balance blood sugar, balance hormones, increase your energy levels, improve digestion, and increase mental clarity. Because it is a left brain/right brain move, it helps to sync the two sides of our brain to help us with mental focus.
The original hoe downs were done to a count of 2 sets of 4’s, 2 sets of 2’s and 4 single counts on each side. This is very challenging when you first learn it. But after you master that count, if you keep doing it the same way, it no longer challenges the brain to grow. So I love to change up the count.
In this video, I do our T-Tapp Hoe Downs to a 2/4/1/2/4 count. This count really makes you think about what you are doing and you’ll see…even those of us who have been doing hoe downs for a long time can get confused.
