Want to just pick from the “menu options”?
Teresa originally developed T-Tapp to be an “at-home video workout.” Her mission is to make this workout, and the information she has gathered from her 25 years of experience, available to everyone. But the DVD choices can be overwhelming. To keep it simple here are the main five options to pick from when starting T-Tapp.
1. Basic Workout Plus DVD – This is a 15 minute workout. The Basic Workout Plus is the first half of the Total Workout and a fantastic place to start, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to devote to exercise. This DVD is $35.95.
2. Total Workout DVD – This is what we consider the full workout. It’s 45 minutes long and is what most people start out with if they have no health concerns. It includes Basic Plus and the second disc containing the 45-minute workout. This DVD is $79.95.
3. Mindful Movement for Healthy Hormones, Thyroid and Menopause Management Workout DVD – This 30 minute workout contains a special sequence of mindful movement using T-Tapp muscle activation techniques can help your body increase energy, decrease inflammation, improve metabolic and lymphatic function, as well as thyroid and adrenal health. More information and pictures of this workout are featured in the book, The Menopause Thyroid Solution, written by Mary Shomon (pages 235 – 266). This DVD is $39.95.
4. T-Tapp MORE Rehab Program DVD – This workout was designed for those with physical therapy/health concerns or with over 50 pounds to lose. It is a modified version of the workout, going through the exercises slower and doing only 4 repetitions of each move instead of 8 repetitions. It includes the following 5 workouts: T-Tapp MORE (20 min), a more advanced version of T-Tapp MORE to move up to (30 min), a Step Away workout (10 min), a sit down workout (10 min) and a workout called T-Tapp Broom (10 min) that utilizes a household broom for optimal lat activation (and quick decrease in belly fat). This DVD is $55.96.
5. Senior Fit DVD – Senior Fit is NOT just for Seniors! Teresa Tapp created this special Brain-Body Fitness Workout to help everyone maximize muscle activation, circulation and lymphatic health, regardless of age. Every exercise of mindful movement within Senior Fit is designed to improve strength, flexibility and heart health, as well as increase energy and decrease inflammation. Its special sequence of mindful movements combined with leverage isometrics will help your body rebuild from the inside out, improve posture and build better balance. There are 4 workouts on this DVD. A 12 minute warm up workout, Instructional workout, Level 1 Workout, and the Tempo 4 Workout. This DVD is $55.96.

Try either a walking workout or a floor workout. I would recommend the following DVDs.
Step Away The Inches DVD is a 25 minute walking workout that will teach you how to walk using the T-Tapp Method. This DVD provides cardiac conditioning as well as total body sculpting without any jumping, kicks or equipment. Step Away the Inches builds muscle strength and flexibility in the upper body as much as the lower body! Best of all, the techniques taught in this workout can be applied while walking throughout the day and will optimize any walking program. Discover the difference walking the T-Tapp way with every step you take. This DVD is $15.
Hit The Floor Combo DVD gives you two 30 minute floor workouts. This super, abdominal workout is done on the floor using gravity to help pull those organs in and up helping to cinch in the tummy! This workout is also great for sculpting the legs! This workout is completely different from the T-Tapp Total Workout and contains all new movements including Organs In Place/ Half Frog Sequence. This DVD is $29.95.
Ready to take your workout to the next level?
There are now so many different options for taking your workout to the next level. T-Tapp is progresssive. This means we all start by first learning the moves. Once we understand what the move is, the next step is to improve your form. To do that, you MUST slow each move way down and really focus on how you are performing the move.
Remember the best results come from doing T-Tapp with the best form possible!

Most of us are so crunched for time and this is one great option for getting awesome results in a minimal amount of time. Did I mention it’s also fun??

Daily online Stretch and Sculpt classes!
Would you love to come to my classes but don’t live near me (or any other Trainer?)? NOW you can attend my classes just like you were right here in my neighborhood. Using a great new software platform, I offer lots of classes each week. You can schedule a class via the scheduler to check it out.
Using this platform, you are actually taking one of my classes. YOu see me and you also see yourself just like you are looking in a mirror. The class size is kept small so you will get individualized tips and tweaks as needed.
The only thing you need is a strong internet connection and a camera either on or attached to your computer or laptop.
The first class is complimentary so you can come do a test drive. That’s how confident I am you will be blown away by how easy it is use and how great the class is! Once you schedule the class you want to take, I’ll send you an email with all the super easy instructions on how to come in to the “class room”. Online Video Form Intensive Courses!
In order to assist you get the best results with T-Tapp, my daughter and T-Tapp Trainer Tiffany, created two online video Form Intensive courses that do just this.
Course 1 teaches you how do do all the moves in the 15 minute workout (along with the tweaks for each of the other workouts). It is delivered to you over 6 weeks to give you time to really focus on a move at a time.
This Course was so popular, we were asked (okay…begged) to do a Course for the second part of Total Workout along with some of the most popular floor moves.

Over the last couple weeks I have been in indebted wonderment! I have to both thank you and sincerely apologize! How in the world did I think I didn’t learn much from the Form Intensive?!?! I do hope you will forgive me. I have been sequestering myself (from all the family craziness ) and re-watching/listening/applying any new details as carefully as possible. The result is deep appreciation and awe at the entire course! It is everything I wished I had when I started T-Tapp and pored over the book every free minute. I’m not sure what caused my opinion to change- it’s the first time I ever wondered if I have an evil twin who watched instead of me!!! Was is the substantial stress at the time…?!… or that the more I put each new tip into practice, the other so-called “familiar” aspects became even more profound? (Does that even make sense?) Also, just as I continue to notice something new when listening to my “usual” T-Tapp workouts, the same must have happened with your course.
Anyway, I could do a crazy-happy Hoe-Down dance with glee.What an INVALUABLE course and I am **SO** glad I got the chance to do it. BIG HUG from one very satisfied client.
