Ready to kick some booty? Let’s use this wonderful new portable fitness barre called the Booty Kicker to de-bulk our body. In this video, I use the booty Kicker to do some of the barre moves Teresa Tapp did in her De-Bulk video where she was using a barre that was attached to the wall.
Because we will be pulling and pushing into the barre to activate our muscles, a chair won’t work. You can use the kitchen sink for many of these moves.
I also use a Gliding Disc for a greater range of motion but you can always substitute a paper plate. Wait until you use these discs. It really does take these moves up a few notches. The paper plate does work too it’s just not as smooth a “ride”. Double the plate up for more stability.
