Have you been doing your T-Tapp Workout and ready to take it to the next level? Now is the time to work on “points of perfection”. Notice I didn’t say you have to do T-Tapp PERFECTLY to super charge your results. There is no such thing as Perfect T-Tapp!
Points of perfection are just that. These are things you can do to improve your form. When you improve your form…you super-charge your results.
I went over a very specific form tip on this video (you’ll have to listen to the whole video to get it. I can be so mean, huh?). It can be used in many places throughout the workout so it’s a great one to work on.
Here is a wonderful and effective way to work on these points. Get out your Fit and Fabulous In 15 Minutes book! Begin with the first move (primary back stretch). Read over all the parts to this move. Can you believe it’s 12 pages!!!! There is so much juice to this workout and the book is the Juice Bible!!!!
Then get in front of a mirror and watch yourself doing the move. Mirrors help you truly see what you are doing with your body in space. Not just what you think you are doing. Use it as your personal feedback devise!
Once you’ve “mastered” PBS, then go on to the next move! I’d recommend spending a week with each move (you can still do the whole workout but focus your laser on that one move for that week). My guess is you will be amazed at how different the T-Tapp Workout is after you’ve focused move by move.
