There is something about a sponsored Challenge that gets us back into our healthy routine. I don’t know if it’s our competitive nature, the fabulous grand prizes or just a reason to be consistent. but whatever it is…it’s all good!
Jennifer Klever (Master T-Tapp Trainer) and I decided it would be a blast to do a 60 Day Challenge Support Group together this year. Jennifer was a Challenge winner herself several times and she knows what it takes to get the inches off…and win the grand prize!!!
We are going to have a kick off call tomorrow night (Tuesday evening, April 10) at 10:00 EST. She and I are going to share with you our T-Tapp journey and give tips for you to get the best out of this year’s Challenge. We will also be recording this call and will share re-play information on our Facebook group after the call.

T-Tappers are so wonderful at creating supportive communities. We love to help, share and inspire others with our insights. That’s what this group is for. Lurkers are fine but participants are even better.
The one thing Jennifer and I won’t be doing is giving customized workouts or program for you on this group. We would love to do this for you and we both created a special 60 Day challenge packages for you. You can find these on the T-Tapp events page.
Please don’t use the excuse “there’s no trainer near me” to sabotage your results. Skype is a fantastic way to get the trainer assistance you desire. It’s very effective. I can watch you for just a few minutes and give you the tips you’ll need to really sky-rocket your T-Tapp results.
If you don’t have Skype or are unsure how to use it, it’s super simple and Jennifer and I can walk you right through it. Again…don’t use that as a reason to not give yourself the help you want.
I’m so glad this year the challenge is 60 days. This gives you enough time to cement your new healthy habits. Can’t wait to celebrate your amazing results! See you on Facebook!
