I bet you are one busy women!!! You know you need to get your workout on but darn…finding the time can be tough. No worries…
This is a short 15 minute floor workout you can do in the comfort of your home (or wherever you have a devise and internet connection). I do use a 9″ pilates ball for extra muscle activation but you can do it without the ball too.
Do’t let the short length fool you. You will get great inch loss results with this workout due to the focus on alignment and muscle activation. It’s a good combination of ball work, T-Tapp floor moves and pilates.
