Have you been doing your T-Tapp workout for 15 minutes a day during the last 4 weeks? Have you lost 2 sizes in that amount of time? If you have…YEA YOU!
If you haven’t…what are you saying to yourself about that? Are you telling yourself “See!!! T-Tapp doesn’t work!” Or “See!!! You just aren’t doing it good enough (or some other form of You are not enough)”.
I am going to challenge all that by saying perhaps you set yourself up with an expectation that had little chance of happening!
It’s so important to be honest with yourself about all aspects of your health (and life) when you are starting a new workout routine. If you have to sit 10 hours a day at a job, don’t expect that doing 15 minutes of movement is going to completely offset all that inertia.
It’s a great start…and you will get a positive benefit from it. But if you are expecting to completely transform your body in this short period of time…you are setting yourself up for a big let down.
Check out my video where I share the results 2 of my clients received and how their expectations made all the difference in their “results”!
