As the mother of a young women, I just witnessed the power of T-Tapp to help us balance our hormones in our younger years too! My daughter Tiffany has been suffering with painful period cramps for a few years. Last week, we were at the annual T-Tapp fitness retreat and T-Tapp trainer certifications. Tiffany got to do T-Tapp quite a bit over the course of the retreat. She also decided to work with us during the trainer certifications as Teresa taught her new Senior Fit workout (think muscle activation on steroids).
On the last day of the certifications, Tiffany came running up to me so excited. She had just gotten her period. No…that is NOT exciting. What WAS exciting is that she didn’t even realize it because she felt so great. NO cramping. NO pain, NO queasy stomach.
