I can’t remember the last time I “tweaked” by lower back. But this morning I went right from my bed to my kitchen and saw my Instant Pot on my counter. We keep it on the floor of our closet. Do you know how heavy that sucker is? OMG!! I lifted it up and went to set it down on the closet floor. I didn’t get very far when I realized…my back was not happy.
