Are you having a hard time believing this? I couldn’t believe my ears with Diana told me these results. I was so amazed I made her stop talking and repeat what she had just said!!!
These were her actual results. Diana has a disability where she is unable to stand for very long. So she started off slowly with the T-Tapp MORE DVD. I love this workout because the Instructions are slow enough that we can follow it and really engage our muscles. This is why people get such great, fast results with this short workout.
But still!!! These results blow even me away!
Here’s what is so amusing. Diana was calling me to ask for tips and help. She wanted to know if she was doing it RIGHT??? Excuse me??? In short, here’s the answer…YES!!!
With those kinds of results, wrong works too. Just kidding. There really isn’t a “wrong”. As long as you are going to your max and doing your best, you are doing it “right”. Then you can certainly tweak your form from there.
Diana is ready to move on to the next level with her workout. I can’t wait to hear how her results just continue to improve.
