<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Do you equate losing weight with being hungry, cranky and deprived?&nbsp; How would you like to lose weight without being hungry?&nbsp; The key is learning how to eat to turn off your hunger hormones!</span></span></p>
<p>I<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">f you learn how to eat to balance your hunger hormones, you will lose weight easily and you won&#39;t be bothered by that constant, nagging hunger.&nbsp; This is done by eating in a way that balances out your blood sugar.&nbsp; Balanced blood sugar will normalize your insulin (the hunger hormone) and leptin levels.&nbsp; Your body will be forced into utilizing your own storage form of energy (your own fat cells) and your hunger will be a thing of the past.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">The best way I&#39;ve found to do this is by eating 5 &#8211; 6 small meals of lean protein combined non-starchy vegetables.&nbsp; Add a small amount of &quot;good fat&quot; like olive or coconut oil and you&#39;ve got yourself a hunger-busting, fat melting combination.&nbsp; <br />

<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">If you find you aren&#39;t getting those great results, begin adjusting the ratios.&nbsp; Eat a little more protein and a little less carbohydrate and notice how you feel 2 hours later.&nbsp; Your body is the perfect feedback mechanism and it will let you know when you hit your individual &quot;sweet spot&quot;.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1.&nbsp; Get off all sugar!!!&nbsp; This includes bread, rice, pasta, bananas (No you don&#39;t need them for the potassium.&nbsp; You&#39;ll get plenty from the dark, leafy greens!), potatoes, cereal along with the things you already know have sugar.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2. No alcohol. Yes&#8230;this includes your sacred glass or three of wine.&nbsp; Come on!&nbsp; You know it&#39;s true.&nbsp; Drink wine and have hot flashes all night long.&nbsp; </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">My bet is that you figured you&#8217;d never be able to figure it all out so why even try.  You won&#8217;t do it with perfect form, so why even bother?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>Stop the insanity!!!!</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">The &#8220;perfect T-Tapp form&#8221; is a myth.  It doesn&#8217;t exist!  Stop sabotaging your results by not doing the workout because you can&#8217;t do it perfectly.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">There is only one way to not get results with T-Tapp.  Don&#8217;t do it!  That&#8217;s it.  </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">I talked to a woman who started doing T-Tapp 5 weeks ago.  Already her clothes are looser and she is feeling better.  But get this&#8230;she has edema and blood clots.  She claims this is the first workout she can actually do and she tells me she feels wonderful for at least a few hours after she does her morning T-Tapp workout.  As good as before her blood clots.  </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">She then told me she wanted to come to my clinic next week just to make sure she is doing the workout right!  Excuse me????  Sure sounds like she doing something right!  </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Is she doing T-Tapp perfectly????  Does it really matter?  She is getting fantastic results.  </span></span><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">Now she can improve her form and get even better results.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Yes&#8230;form matters.  But don&#8217;t let the &#8220;perfect T-Tapp form&#8221; myth stop you from just doing it! </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">If this sounds like you, you are not alone. I&#39;d like to share with you one quick tip that can make all the difference for you.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">Size matters!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">I couldn&#39;t seem to blast the last 10 pounds off my short body even though I was eating all organic, whole, healthy food.&nbsp; I know how to balance my food and spread it out throughout the day.&nbsp; So what was I doing wrong?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">I was eating too much!&nbsp; Yep&#8230;too much organic, healthy food can still keep you overweight.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">I found that missing ingredient when I discovered the Balanced Eating Program and watched that excess 10 pounds melt away.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">When I say you need to eat 6 SMALL, balanced meals in the day, I kept overlooking the SMALL part.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">If you are having trouble losing weight or if you&#39;ve lost it but are finding it again&#8230;take our your measuring cup and scale and start finding out exactly how much you really are eating.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">Don&#39;t want the structure of the measuring devises, then use something that&#39;s always with you.&nbsp; Your hand!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">You can eyeball the amounts you are eating by comparing the size to parts of your hand.&nbsp; For example, when you are about to eat your lean protein, compare it to the size and thickness of your palm.&nbsp; That&#39;s about the correct portion of lean protein for your body.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">On to the non-starchy veggies.&nbsp; Two big fistfuls!&nbsp; 2/3 of your 9&quot; plate should consist of non-starchy vegetables.&nbsp; If you are on a maintenance plan and are eating some starchy vegetables, you can have on small, tight fistful.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">Add a small salad and the dressing should be about the size of one thumb knuckle.&nbsp; That&#39;s close to a tablespoon.&nbsp; Size really matters when it comes to foods that are calorie dense like salad dressing.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">Here&#39;s a good tip for enjoying your dinner while dining out.&nbsp; Choose an appetizer instead of a whole meal.&nbsp; Or split an entree with a friend and add an extra salad.&nbsp; At first it might not seem like enough food, but I bet, if you sit back after eating and pay attention, you&#39;ll find that you aren&#39;t hungry anymore.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">You&#39;ll feel better and save some money at the same time.</span></span></p>

<p>It&#39;s not just the gluten that&#39;s the problem.&nbsp; It&#39;s also the genetically modified wheat the food industry uses to make our bread and other products.&nbsp; Dr. Mark Hyman wrote an excellent blog post today that is titled &quot;Three Hidden Ways Wheat Makes Us Fat&quot;.&nbsp; You can read it <a href="http://drhyman.com/three-hidden-ways-wheat-makes-you-fat-8425/">HERE!</a></p>
<p>He talks about the health problems associated with this new wheat.&nbsp; This includes the new Super Starch that is super fattening and super inflammatory.&nbsp; Dr. Hyman also lists five ways gluten makes you sick.&nbsp; The last one he listed is eating gluten free food.&nbsp; That sounds odd, huh?&nbsp; It&#39;s because when most companies take out the gluten, they add in other high glycemic starches that spike your blood sugar and increase your weight.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I&#39;m happy to say I&#39;ve found a company that has an outstanding line of gluten free products like bread, without those kinds of starches.&nbsp; They use resistant starches instead.&nbsp; These don&#39;t spike your blood sugar.&nbsp; In fact, they&#39;ve been shown to help people lower blood sugar and lose weight.&nbsp; It&#39;s called Julian Bakery and you can order the products right on their site and have them shipped to your door.<a href="http://www.julianbakery.com">&nbsp; Click HERE</a> to check out their entire line of great products.&nbsp;</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">Donna has lost over 50 pounds.&nbsp; It hasn&#39;t been easy. There have been bumps along the road.&nbsp; But there was always a T-Tapp class to come to.&nbsp; There were her T-Tapp friends that would continue to inspire her to stay the course. She knew to surround herself with positive people instead of the rest of the world who were always boo hooing about everything. <br />

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">You never know when someone is going to get their big &quot;ah ha&quot; muscle activation moment but Donna got several.&nbsp; All of a sudden she was able to feel her &quot;lats&quot;.&nbsp; When she was doing some of our stretches, she realized she had been focused on her tummy instead of her back muscles.&nbsp; When she switched her focus, her activation increased.&nbsp; </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;">I have been using Young Living Oils deodorant called Meadow Mist.&nbsp; There are no nasty chemicals in it and the essential oils do work pretty well to keep odor at bay.&nbsp; But it still wasn&#39;t like rolling on the Secret.&nbsp; If you know what I mean.<br />
