Donna Blasted Off 50 Pounds Using T-Tapp Consistently!

 

If you are at a place in your life where you believe nothing will work for you, please watch this video!  This video isn't going to promise you instant results with no effort.  If that's what you are still looking for, there are plenty of people who are willing to sell you a dream.  But let's face it…you know in your heart there is no quick fix.  Not bariatric surgery, not hcg shots, no fat-burning drugs and no fairy godmother with a magic wand.

What this video will show you is a women who wanted to heal so badly, she was willing to come to T-Tapp class consistently, even when all she could do in the beginning was sweat her way through about 10 minutes of class. 

Nothing else had worked for her.  She couldn't get her weight below 200 pounds no matter what she did!!!  She had no reason to believe this was going to be any different.  But in her heart, she knew she T-Tapp was different. 

Donna made a decision to keep coming to T-Tapp class even if it was just one or two times a week.  She never gave up. Even when she'd go through the motions and not really feel anything.  She just knew to keep going.

When she'd realize she was focusing on negatives, she'd immediately shift her focus.  She kept a page of positive affirmations on a sheet of paper and she'd read them over and over again.  Donna also taped positive and helpful posts that I'd written and she'd listen to them repeatedly instead of running to the kitchen to eat. 

Donna has lost over 50 pounds.  It hasn't been easy. There have been bumps along the road.  But there was always a T-Tapp class to come to.  There were her T-Tapp friends that would continue to inspire her to stay the course. She knew to surround herself with positive people instead of the rest of the world who were always boo hooing about everything.

There is one more interesting twist to this story.  Three weeks ago, I came back from Safety Harbor with some new muscle activation tweaks Teresa Tapp had taught us.  I immediately added them to our classes. 

You never know when someone is going to get their big "ah ha" muscle activation moment but Donna got several.  All of a sudden she was able to feel her "lats".  When she was doing some of our stretches, she realized she had been focused on her tummy instead of her back muscles.  When she switched her focus, her activation increased. 

Typically when Donna would stretch, it wouldn't feel good to her.  I'd always be saying "doesn't that feel great?"  Donna would be thinking "NO!!!" All of a sudden, she realized that stretching her muscles could feel good.  This was a huge shift for her.

Over the last two weeks, Donna has lost a shirt size!!!  She's learned how to activate those muscles and the cinching in is happening!!!  She is shrinking right before our eyes. 

Yes…it took Donna 7 years to get here.  But she's here now.  Feeling so much better.  Her blood sugar is stable, her blood pressure is good, her mind is positive and active. She has her body back and life is good.
