How to Get Started with T-Tapp

Teresa originally developed T-Tapp to be an “at-home video workout.” Her
mission is to make this workout, and the information she has gathered from
her 25 years of experience, available to everyone. But the DVD choices can
be overwhelming. To make it simple, go to the section below that best
describes YOU!

If you aren’t an “exercise person” and are out of shape…

I’d recommend starting with T-Tapp MORE. It is a modified version of the
original T-Tapp workouts. The pace is slower and the instruction is excellent
and easy to follow. Even though it is modified, it delivers results without
overwhelming you by doing too much or going too fast.

I think this is one of Teresa’s best DVD’s because of the slower pace and
excellent instruction.

If you have health concerns (fibromyalgia, arthritis, heart conditions,
etc.) or have a lot of weight to lose…

I’d recommend starting with T-Tapp MORE. It’s a modified version of the

doing too much or going too fast. This DVD series includes 5 workouts and
not one of them is longer than 20 minutes. Less is MORE with this DVD
series.

excellent instruction.

results?

Start with Basic Workout Plus. This DVD comes with two workouts.
Instructional #1 has Teresa teaching you the principles and first six moves of
the workout. Basic Workout Plus is those same six moves she teaches in
Instructional #1 done without all the detailed instruction.

It is a 15 minute workout that delivers results! It can be done daily to get and
keep your body feeling healthy and strong. Just ask Christy who agreed to do
the workout for 60 days and report on her results to the Atlanta Fox 5 news
team.

Christy lost 38.25 inches in 60 days just doing the 15 minute Basic Plus
Workout!

If you exercise now and consider yourself to be fit …

I’d recommend ordering the Total Workout. The Total Workout has 4
workouts in one package.

It includes Instructional #1 and Basic Workout Plus. Instructional #1 has
Teresa teaching you the principles and first six moves of the workout. Basic
Workout Plus is those same six moves she teaches in Instructional #1 done
without all the detailed instruction.

It is a 15 minute workout that delivers results! It can be done daily to get and
keep your body feeling healthy and strong.
You also get Instructional #2. This workout is a little more challenging than
Instructional #1 and includes the balance series designed to improve core
strength from a standing position.

The fourth workout is the Total Workout including all the moves from
Instructional #1 and #2 done in a smooth and steady pace. It is around 50
minutes in length.

The Total Workout also teaches how to increase intensity without adding
weights or repetitions so you can always challenge your body and get results
with only one set of 8 repetitions. Less IS more with T-Tapp and the Total
Workout delivers a full body program that not only builds a better body with
optimal fitness and wellness, but also helps you keep it for the rest of your
life.

Looking for a walking workout?

Step Away the Inches walking workout is for you. This DVD aerobic walking
workout provides cardiac conditioning as well as total body sculpting without
any jumping, kicks or equipment. Step Away the Inches builds muscle

all, the techniques taught in this workout can be applied while walking

Looking for an abdominal and/or Floor workout?

Definitely get Hit The Floor. This super, abdominal workout (30 minutes) is done on the floor using gravity to
help pull those organs in and up – cinching in the tummy!

This workout is completely different from the T-Tapp Total Workout and
contains all new movements including Organs In Place/ Half Frog Sequence.

Tempo series is a combination of moves from the standing and floor work

The Ladybug workout is an excellent way to combat
peri and menopausal spread. It is a combination of both standing and floor
work. You must have a working knowledge of Total and Hit the Floor in order
